ABOUT US
SureFire Prayer is a ministry of the College of Prayer International designed to empower children to pray and to train leaders and parents to activate young people to walk in the fullness of Christ.
SureFire Prayer is for children 4-12 years and their families. We believe children are the key to releasing the manifest presence of God in every nation. Our hands-on approach shows kids, parents, and church leaders that prayer can and should be FUN! Boys and girls discover that a holy, sanctified imagination is the key to unlocking God’s “SureFire” presence in their lives.
Leading this effort is our coordinator, Paige Kolb, and her dedicated team. Her roots are in speaking and writing, which has served well in writing and developing materials for SureFire Prayer.
She is an intercessor who helped launch a children's prayer initiative at Lilburn Alliance Church in 2006. It has exploded into a movement that is disciplining children from many nations in the practice of "listening" prayer.
Our Vision
We believe God has planted this reality in the hearts of adults who understand that kids, families, and communities can be transformed through God's work in children. If this is you, we desire to mentor and support you as you usher children into the best adventure of all ... being in God's presence!
We do this by teaching concepts like listening prayer, how to unlock the power of a sanctified imagination, footsteps to God's manifest presence, and providing spiritual tools for kids to have victory within trying circumstances. It's all done on a level that kids understand and unifies families.
SureFire Prayer is an equipping ministry of College of Prayer International. The College of Prayer International is a faith ministry organized exclusively for the purpose of mentoring and encouraging pastors, spouses, Christian leaders, missionaries, and intercessors - all who desire to more effectively impact their world through fervent revival prayer, prayer evangelism, intercession, and worship.
SureFire Prayer Non-Negotiables
SureFire Prayer is an equipping arm of College of Prayer International for children ages 4-12 and their families. SureFire activates listening prayer in children through biblical teaching in order to protect, or restore, the imagination of children as they relate to God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit in the area of prayer. For SureFire Prayer to come to a church or city, these are our non-negotiables:
* An existing, healthy COP campus that has completed Year 1
* A personal recommendation from your College of Prayer Regional Director in writing to SureFire Prayer
* A personal invitation from the local Servant Leadership Team.
* A personal invitation from the local pastor. He must also commit to be present during the SureFire Prayer Summit.
* SureFire leadership team from the host church must meet for a 7-week training course designed to fully understand SureFire Prayer. (A session lasts less than 2 hours.)
* Parents must attend the Summit with their children.
* A nursery provided for ages 0 to 3 (This is for safety reasons).
* Provision of providing an environment that is safe for children (including but
not limited to: background checks of workers, secure entrances and exits, proper bathroom protocol).
* Each SureFire Prayer event must include all six elements outlined in our SureFire Booklet:

And reaching the ends of the earth
* A noticeable, distinct hunger and desperation among young adults within the church for the deeper things of God.
